PROCHEM WANDS

Wands have a much greater effect on the end results of cleaning and drying than most people realize. First, a wand that has full-flow vacuum design does a much better job of extracting soils and solution which, in turn, leaves a cleaner carpet and nearly dry to the touch, thereby reducing total drying time. That is especially important in those overnight commercial jobs that need to be dry by the start of the next business day.

Equally important as full-flow design is heat delivery. Generally we think of the truck mount when discussing heat. Yet, the greatest heat loss is at the wand head. The more distance between the jet and the carpet, the greater the heat loss. That's why the spray from a single jet wand is relatively cool by the time it reaches the carpet. The atomizing effect of jet spray releases a tremendous amount of heat to the atmosphere.

Cleaning professionals know that hot water cleans carpet better, with less scrubbing, and that carpets cleaned with hot water also dry faster. That's why Prochem developed the tri and quad jet wands.
